The Leading Edge is a network for personal evolution. It’s a place for us to find our people, power and purpose.

While others obsess over Artificial Intelligence making us all obsolete, we're uniquely focused on amplifying our unique human advantages.

• What's our mission? To reveal fresh new paths, ideas and practices in pursuit of personal evolution.
  
  
• Is this for you? For the last few years I've been approached by a constant flow of people looking to explore all aspects of personal growth and development. Most of them tell me they feel like they're doing it alone, and have no trusted resources or peers for this process. The Leading Edge is a solution.
  
  
• What can you expect? We will explore ideas and practices that are a unique synthesis of scientific, spiritual and action-oriented. In order to bring these ideas into our real lives and relationships, we will tap an ever-improving world-class mix of thinkers, practitioners and investors. We have these incredible people in the network already, and will only find more.

My Story

The Leading Edge was founded by Tom Morgan (LinkedIn, X profile, YouTube).

I have spent the last 20 years in business and finance (professional qualifications). My most recent role was with the wealth manager Sapient Capital. I describe myself as a Curiosity Sherpa; I spend my life seeking out the most interesting ideas and thinkers for curious people.

From 2017-2020 I went through a hellish midlife transition in the middle of Manhattan. There was no “container” to hold me through the most painful and confusing period of my life. I had financial resources, I just simply had nothing reliable available to help me. Whenever I tell my story on a podcast, over the next week between five and ten high-achieving people reach out to me in similar situations. They are mostly looking around and wondering “is this all there is?” And they all think they are totally alone. Nothing currently exists to fill that gap. This was one of the reasons why I have founded The Leading Edge; to help each of us find the others, our tribe. But it isn’t only for people in some sort of transition. I wanted to provide a network for personal evolution. A home for curious people. You can read more about my own journey, and the struggles that led me to this mission, here.
